We excited to announce the airing of an episode of the Mike Rowe Facebook Watch show “Returning the Favor”, featuring Sole Mission.

Get Involved and Support Sole Mission

Summer

Summers are the busiest time of the year for Sole Mission. Many churches and communities want to provide shoes to kids to prepare them for the start of the school year. If you would like to partner with us through a shoe drive, a monetary donation, or volunteering at our resource center or an event, please contact us!!

Volunteering

Resource Center Volunteers

Every Tuesday night, Sole Mission hosts a “Shoe Sorting Party” from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. We process new shoes coming in and pack shoes to go out for distribution. Why do we call it a shoe sorting party? Well, that sounds much better than “Hey wanna come work in our warehouse.” Located in South Texas, WE DO HAVE A/C, drinks and snacks for the volunteers. Sometimes we even order Pizza! Clerical/Graphic Design/Marketing Volunteers

Sole Mission is currently looking for volunteers to help produce monthly newsletters, both digital for email and Hard Copy for snail mail. If you have mad graphic design or marketing skills we can use your talent. Additionally, there is always something to be printed, copied, edited, filed, phones answered, etc. Contact us for more details [email protected]

Construction Volunteers

The Sole Mission Resource center continues to need repairs from Hurricane Harvey. We can use skilled or unskilled labor. Come by yourself, or organize a group from your church, business, civic club, etc. As soon as the shower is installed, we can provide lodging at the center. For more info contact [email protected]

Resource Center Update

With our new building, come many responsibilities and opportunities for partners. Below is a list of things our sole mates can help us with.

Financial investments are needed to fund several crucial needs in the building. If you or your church, business, or group would like to adopt one of these items and provide the finances for Purchase, please contact us for more info.

Many projects still exist for construction teams. If you church would like to adopt one of the projects and provide the labor for the projects, please contact us for more info.
